We process and dispatch all orders within 24 business hours after confirmation. Delivery time depends on your location within Pakistan.

- Shipping Charges: PKR 200 flat shipping fee on all orders

Returns
We offer a 7-day return policy for unused and unopened products only.
- Contact our support team via the contact page with your order details.
- Return the product in its original packaging.
- After inspection, refund or replacement will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
